Me Anastasia I'm still grinding. Covid makes things a little more difficult, but not impossible. Since quarantine, I had gained about 15 lbs from my lowest. I got back into the gym and started to eat better. It was a good wake up call for me, honestly. Sometimes life gets hard. It's ok to not be ok, but it's also important to make sure you don't stay there for too long. Get up, get help, do what you gotta do to get better. Anyway, have a great day !.
